As Safiyyah Museum and Park

As Safiyyah Museum and Park is a culture and history attraction in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, set in the central area of the city. People come for a quieter, slower stop that mixes learning with time outdoors, close to the Prophet's Mosque. It suits visitors of all ages, and there is no minimum age. The site is divided into three connected zones. The Cultural Park is an open-air space with palm groves, water features and shaded seating. The Museum Exhibition Area presents digital and audiovisual displays in an interactive format. The Commercial and Leisure Area spreads cafés, restaurants and gift shops across several levels, so you can pause for a meal or pick up a souvenir. The palm gardens climb in steps through the complex. It opens from 16:30 to 23:00, which makes it a natural choice for an evening outing. The project was developed by the Madinah Region Development Authority to broaden the cultural and educational side of a visit to the city. It lies south of the Prophet's Mosque, along the main route towards Bab Al Salam, close to some of Madinah's most important landmarks. Its design aims to respect the character of the surrounding area and reflect the spiritual and civilisational identity of Madinah, so the museum, gardens and visitor services feel like one setting.
